LOCAL PHOTO PREFLIGHT · NO VIDEO GENERATION

Two photos.
Choose the next task.

Measure dimensions and inspect a planning crop before writing the brief. The tool cannot identify people, detect faces, certify rights or predict a video result.

Implementation and documentation checked 5 October 2026

1. What inputs do you have?

Two photos can establish appearance. They do not contain a specific dance or performance timeline.

For two photos, start with ordered references and an original, simple performance. With a permitted source clip, prepare a preservation/replacement brief and check whether your provider accepts video input. A finished shared first frame is a separate image-to-video option explained in the workflow guide.

2. Read local dimensions

Choose JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB each. Files and decoded dimensions stay in this tab; no upload, background storage or photo export occurs. This preview limits decoded images to 40 megapixels. Reloading clears your choices.

3. Inspect a two-column planning frame

This contact sheet divides the chosen frame into equal left and right columns. It is a composition exercise, not a generated scene or the provider’s reference crop. “Fill” uses a centered crop; “Fit” keeps every source pixel visible with empty space.

The dashed margin is your own planning guide, not a platform safe-zone specification. Manually check both faces, hands/paws and the central microphone area. Nothing inside the line is automatically judged safe. Cropped area is geometry, not an identity or quality score.

4. Keep the measured report

The report contains dimensions, settings and your manual checks, never photos, filenames or a claim of permission. It is not a video test. Copy it into your own production notes.

What the dimensions do and do not prove

This check flags dimensions below 300 pixels on either side, or a width/height ratio outside 0.4–2.5, to match DuoFrame’s existing studio preparation checks. They are local implementation limits, not universal provider requirements. The studio’s future submission step can resize a long side to 1100 pixels; selecting a file here does not run that submission. Read your chosen provider’s current requirements before a paid attempt.

A large file can still have an obstructed face, several people or a misleading crop. This tool measures decoded width/height and file bytes only. It does not assess blur, identity, age, consent or suitability. Keep the original input outside the site and change one reference at a time if you decide to run a comparison later.

The two-photo path proposes an original performance. If exact timing matters, two photographs are not a motion reference. Use only a clip you are permitted to transform, record what must remain, and verify video-input support. No performance footage or commercial music is supplied by DuoFrame.
